Documentation

As with most programmers, I'm not keen on documentation. But there are times in big projects where it can't be avoided, and if you're interested in my code you may as well have my documentation to go with it.

Just like the code itself, if you see any conflicts with the docs or find them difficient in any way, send me a patch and I'll include that in the next release.
