Scut Shortcut tool

Scut enables you to manipulate Windows shortcuts via the command line. It's reasonably powerful and flexible. Create, modify, display, or execute. Source and binary is included in this package.

This application uses autowin. It should compile with any version of Visual C++. Type "NMAKE [MSC_VER=C version]".
